Lyft’s Ebike Summer

Have you ever ridden an ebike? It has an instant “jet ski effect.” Try not to smile, you can’t. That’s the challenge Lyft posed to riders across six major markets with a cross-channel digital campaign encouraging them to hop on a Lyft ebike on the way to their next Summer event.
The strategy behind the campaign was to connect with riders as they’re planning their night — answering the question “How am I going to get there?” for them.
Leaning heavily into each partner’s brand colors made every deliverable uniquely its own. The result was a cohesive campaign that felt playful and purpose-built for each market.
Every Summer event gave Lyft the opportunity to connect through in-app messaging in surprising and playful ways.
By meeting riders where they were — on the way to concerts, festivals, and street fairs — we turned everyday trips into branded moments of joy. Increasing ridership and raising brand awareness for Lyft and their local partner brands.
